Abstract:

Kriyākāla Siddhānta, one of the foundational principles in Ayurvedic pathology, provides a systematic framework for understanding the stages of disease development and the windows of therapeutic intervention. Rooted in the dynamic interplay of Doṣa, Dhātu, Mala, and Agni, this doctrine elucidates six progressive stages of disease manifestation, offering a highly preventive and predictive approach to health. This paper explores each Kriyākāla in detail, emphasizing their diagnostic relevance and clinical applications in disease prevention and early intervention. Tables supported by authentic Ayurvedic and clinical insights further illustrate the diagnostic and therapeutic importance of this Siddhānta in modern healthcare settings.
