Abstract:

This experimental study evaluated the effectiveness of Ayurvedic Kriya Sharir principles in managing stress and mental health disorders among private company employees. The study involved 200 participants, divided into an experimental group receiving Ayurvedic interventions and a control group. Ayurvedic interventions included lifestyle changes, herbal supplements, and mindfulness practices.
Methods: Stress and mental health were assessed using the Perceived Stress Scale (PSS) and General Health Questionnaire (GHQ-12) over 12 weeks.
Results: The experimental group showed a 45% reduction in stress levels and a 40% improvement in mental health, significantly outperforming the control group (p< 0.05).
Discussion: Ayurvedic interventions effectively reduced stress and improved mental health by addressing dosha imbalances, demonstrating the relevance of personalized Ayurvedic approaches in workplace wellness programs.
Conclusion: Ayurvedic Kriya Sharir principles offer a promising holistic strategy for managing stress and enhancing mental well-being in corporate environments.
